3. Local Storage (Data on Your Device)

The Game saves the following data locally on your device only using standard device storage (localStorage). This data never leaves your device:

• High scores and game progress
• Unlocked characters and customization choices
• Daily mission progress and streak count
• Game settings (sound, vibration, graphics quality)
• Player level and earned experience points

This data can be deleted at any time by clearing the app's data through your device settings, or using the "Reset Progress" option within the Game's settings menu.

4. No Internet Connection Required

Neko Yatai Rush is a fully offline game. It does not require an internet connection to play and does not communicate with any external servers, APIs, or third-party services.

5. Third-Party Services

The Game does not integrate any third-party SDKs, advertising networks, analytics services, or social media platforms. We do not use:

• Google Analytics or Firebase
• Facebook SDK or any social login
• Advertising networks (AdMob, etc.)
• Crash reporting services
• In-app purchase services

6. Children's Privacy

Neko Yatai Rush is designed for general audiences and is suitable for players of all ages. The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Since we collect no personal information from any user, there is no special risk to younger players.

7. Permissions

The Game may request the following device permissions for the sole purpose of gameplay experience:

• Vibration: Used for haptic feedback during gameplay. Optional and can be disabled in settings.

No other permissions are requested or required.

8. Google Play Store

When you download Neko Yatai Rush from the Google Play Store, Google may collect certain information as part of the download and installation process, subject to Google's own Privacy Policy. 9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no personal information to access, correct, or delete. You can remove all local game data at any time by:

• Using "Reset Progress" in the Game's Settings menu
• Clearing app data through your Android device's Settings → Apps → Neko Yatai Rush → Clear Data
